- How long does it take to receive my blanket?
- Each blanket is made to order. Most sizes take 2–4 weeks from payment to shipping. Larger sizes like the Cinnamon Ripple can take a bit longer.
- Why Bitcoin only?
- We keep things simple — no payment processors, no credit card fees, no chargebacks. Bitcoin checkout is handled securely by BTCPay Server. If you're new to Bitcoin, we're happy to help you get set up — add a note at checkout.
- Can I request a custom color or size?
- Absolutely! Add a note at checkout with your ideas. Bailee loves custom orders — extra time may apply for one-of-a-kind pieces.
- How do I care for my blanket?
- Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent, lay flat to dry. Your blanket will get softer with each wash — that's the magic of handmade wool blends.
- What if my payment expires?
- Bitcoin invoices have a time window (usually 15–30 minutes). If it expires before you pay, just place a new order. No charge is made until payment is confirmed.
- Do you ship internationally?
- We're starting with US shipping. International orders may be possible — add a note at checkout and we'll figure it out together.
